When will my order ship?
All other orders usually ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders containing New Releases that are submitted in advance of Wednesday new releases date are shipped Wednesday (the day the books are released). Please note that problems relating to credit card status or billing information provided by the customer can delay shipping.

It's less expensive than you might think to ship internationally! Here's a helpful hint: Orders of 10 comics or fewer can usually ship via Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope which arrives in only 7 to 10 days at a cost of only $21.55 to Canada, $25.75 everywhere else. (Please note that this option is not available in all countries and cities). Please note that Priority Mail International Flat-Rate Envelope orders are by necessity shipped in an envelope, not a box, and therefore may arrive with damages we cannot be held accountable for. However, we have generally found this method to be a quick, economical, and safe method of shipping.

During checkout, you will be given the option to choose between Economy Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and first class usps. All domestic orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). EXCEPTION: New releases ordered in advance will be shipped on Wednesday (new release day). Will there be a delay if I place an order during the week of a holiday?
Yes, there are typically shipping delays of 1 to 3 days during a holiday
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, Just choose USA as your country for your shipping address, and you will be charged a domestic rate. Please select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method.
Can I order items on your website and pick them up in-store?
Yes! Current issues, back issues (older comics), trades, basically everything we sell that in stock except for special orders and digital content. Just place an order and proceed to checkout. You’ll see a shipping option for free delivery to one locations. Just select the store you want and pay with a credit card. We’ll send you an email when you order has been charged, and one business day late you can pick up at the store you selected. Just bring a printed invoice and the credit card you used, and ask for your order at the counter. Please come within two weeks to ensure your order is still readily accessible. And please review your order before you leave the store to make sure you’re satisfied.
Items should be picked up within 7 days. In the event that the customer fails to pick up the items within 90 days, customer shall be considered to have abandoned them, and ownership will revert back to Pyramid Comics and Cards. No refunds will be granted after 90 days.
Does Pyramid Comics and Cards use recycled products?
Yes, we recycle bubble wrap and paper to fill boxes.
Do you ship to forwarding services?
Yes, Just put the forwarding service’s address as your order’s ship address. Please note that unless your forwarding service opens your package and reports any damages to us before forwarding it on, we cannot be held responsible for damages sustained in transit.
New Releases, General Information
Do you Bag and Board your comics?
Every comic book is shipped with a free bag and board. Pyramid Comics and Cards comic book bags are 3 mil thick archival polyethylene, and feature a 2-inch flap. Our boards are 24 point acid free and buffered for arching. Please note that clearance books, trade paper backs (tpb), graphic novels, hard cover books, grab bags, and odd-sized comics may not be bagged and boarded.
What condition are your books in?
All our books are brand new and unread unless noted,Please note that each book will grade between Very Fine and Mint condition (most will be in near mint condition) We do inspect our covers before shipping; if there are any major flaws we will notify you by e-mail before we ship.
Are all your books first printing?
Yes, all books are first printing unless otherwise noted.
Can I buy new books before Wednesday?
New releases can be ordered as soon as they are posted to the website, except they will not be shipped before there release date.
Can I order multiple copies of any title?
Yes you can. However, we reserve the right to reduce the quantity that we ship on those rare occasions when supply is running very low. You will always be notified by e-mail in this unlikely event.
What are your return policies regarding current titles?
We accept returns on new comics up to 15 days after receipt of your comics. Please contact us by e-mail or phone. Credit or refund will be issued after we have inspected the returned item, providing that it is returned in the same condition as it was when originally shipped to you. Use the same box and packing material that we used in shipping. Only the purchase price of the books will be refunded. Return shipping and insurance costs is the obligation of the buyer, which will not be reimbursed for any reason.
How do sales work?
Unless otherwise noted, all sales are discounted off the list price. In the case of multiple sales applying to the same item, we always take the largest of the discounts. The final price you’re paying will be displayed in your cart.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for both domestic and international orders.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can verify the status of your order on the site at any point in time by clicking "View Order Status" on your "My Account" page.
What happens if an item in my order turns out to be unavailable or the listing is incorrect?
We always try to keep our inventory and site listings as up to date and correct as possible, but sometimes, an error may occur. We will always try to find a solution that leaves everyone happy, but in the case of an unavailable issue or incorrect solicitation, we may have to refund or adjust your order.
